Why join DCA?
The DCA is a universal and truly independent and impartial association. We provide real advice for divers and their regional availabilities and recognise all qualifications and associations within our registered database. We have a diverse range of professional members and dive centres from across the globe, and you can rely on our service to provide you with industry-leading advice, training and information.

What do DCA members receive?
Professional individual dive members gain access to our Professional Profile Service, utilising it to promote their own standards and levels of professionalism via our instructor review service. Each professional can register their own qualification levels from Dive Master through Instructor, MSD etc.
Each dive association (PADI, SSI, RAID etc) is included in the service, it is not to be linked with any single association. This helps us provide an equal playing field dispelling many of the myths in the industry.

Memberships and DCA database
Our database comprises of three sections:

Individual personal memberships
This section holds the members personal dive qualification details, health records where applicable and any insurance information. A membership fee of £30 per annum will apply.

Individual Dive professional memberships
This section holds details of the dive pro’s career which are held for verification so personal members can check up on their dive professional to ensure status is upheld, as well as seeing reviews of them.

Corporate dive centre memberships
Member Dive Centres are linked to postcodes, zip codes, regions etc. This allows centres to enjoy ‘ownership’ of regions/areas/postcodes within which they are recognised to operate within.
